1975 wagon, I bought it a month ago for $1000 and drove it home..
So far I`ve pulled the carpet out,heater/AC box(wife threw it away, the b!tch)moved the battery the the rear and today I did the roller cam, water pump, valve seals, cam seal and thermstat.. While it was apart I pulled out the AC compressor and such... In a few weeks I`ll be picking up a fiberglass front end & rear hatch..
I did find that JC Whipme has quarter panels, anybody tried there quarters?

My wife does the same thing. So what I do is hide things from her but then I can't find it. OK...back to your thread. Post some pics of the front end.

I`m picking up the front end next weekend and I`ll post some pics when I get it..
I`m also working on a low cost rear end upgrade... I`m looking at the dodge/plymouth "A" body 8 14" rear end as a replacement for the 6 3/4" ..
So far its looking good.
The Mopar "A" body rear is 57 1/8" drum to drum (6 3/4" is 57")
Mopar center to center spring perch is 43.02" (6 3/4" is 42 1/4")
Mopar rear is 5 lug 4 1/2" pattern
Mopar 8 1/4" rears are cheap, anywhere from free to $100. Standard gears are 2.76, 3.2 or 3.55 with 3.2 or 3.5 being the norm. There are other gears out there.
The 8 1/4" rears are strong but most mopar guys want the 8 3/4" rears so they mostly sell the 8 1/4" cheap
Also, the newer dakota trucks use the 8 1/4" rears and alot of them have posi units in them that will bolt into the older 8 1/4"
If any of you want to go this route you can find the 8 1/4" rear in 73 to 76 dodge darts & dart sport, 73 to 76 plymouth dusters, valiant & scamp (note, watch out for the 7 1/4" there junk)
I`m also looking into installing a set of mopar super stock leaf springs into my wagon.. The front segment is only an 1/8" shorter then the pinto`s and the rear is 3 5/8" longer then the pinto`s.. On the wagon I have room to move the rear mounting point but I don`t think you`ll have room on the coupes.
(measurements on the springs are) pinto wagon front 20 1/8",, rear 31 3/8"... Mopar SS, front 20",, rear 35"
I know there mopar parts but the SS springs are hard to beat when it comes to racing. (DO NOT USE TRACTION BARS OF ANY KIND ON SS SPRINGS) pinion snubber only.
The only things I haven`t checked out is the U-joint size and the wheel cylinder size. Those will take a few weeks to check..(I don`t have the time)
