Last year they turned away at least 40-50 cars yet my wagon was there. I guess the same thing is happening this year so I feel somewhat special to have the car in again ;D
I will get that DVD to you right after Christmas for the show, You're an 8 hour drive away from me but I sure would like to make the trip...

There's plenty of places to stay. I would offer my house but my dog and cats would have issues :) But let's see what happens
It will be a GREAT show again. If the Packers are still playing on that Sunday, it will be a ghost town :)

I sure would like to come... meet you and your Pinto... Take a bunch of pictures... and have a blast....
But... If I were to make the trip it would go something like this for me....
Leave here Saturday after work around 3pm... drive for 8-9 hours... stay at a hotel... get up in the morning and meet ya at the show 10am... leave to get home around noon-1pm... and drive for another 8-9 hours... Arggg!!
I will consider it but.... as you can see it would be a lot of driving during the worse part of winter for just a short stay and visit :-\

Inquiring minds want to know - why is it called the "Losers" Car Club of WI? I would think there's a reason, not sure though.

It started out as a joke when a few of the guys decided to protest another car show that was going on by having their own "little" show(about 5-6 cars) across the street from some people they were mad at. One of the wives said "well, you all are just a bunch of losers anyway" and the name stuck. it has since grown into one of the most popular groups in the SE Wisconsin area. Plus we do not have any dues, officers and only two rules. #1, HAVE FUN. #2- see rule #1 We have a local McDoanlds that we all meet at EVERY Wednesday night. During the summer it's the most popular cruise night in the area. The rest of the year we help out with other shows and the first Sunday of May, we have our own event that the Milwaukee Mile Speedway called Drive The Mile. I have talked about it here a couple of times. we have reached the point to where we have to say no a lot because other people want us at their events. We are going to be the largest club at WOW with over 30 cars participating. It really helps when you are friends with the promoter and major sponsor ;D
So when people call me or someone else a Loser, I go yep, would you like to see my membership card (that we really dont have)
