"Maverick 5 lug 8" rear axle info:
1) The 5 lug ones are 5 on 4.5" and were on ALL 1973 and later Mavericks. The earlier ones had a 4 lug as well, but it is not the same lug pattern as a Pinto (4 on 4.5").
2) They are about .5" narrower overall than the Pinto 8" rear (ABOUT 56.5" drum to drum). IF the shafts are installed in a Pinto housing, they will engage the splines .25" less for each side; This is something to think about BEFORE doing. I have a pair of .25 wheel spacers to put it at the stock pinto track width."
Ok, after reading the link and the little section I snipped out above it safe to say that the pinto rear axle is 57" ?
What about the measurement between the drum to the center line of the pinion gear.. Are they both the same?

Yes, about that wide.

I am not sure I understand what you are talking about, but all the 8" rear carriers are the same. If you are talking about the offset of the differential case in between the drums, I did not take any "measurements" other than it "looks the same" as a Pinto housing, and I did not have any issues installing or driving the car.
Also mentioned in that post was the appox. distance of the outsides of the perches (I know its not in your chart), and elsewhere in that thread is mentioned that it's basicly the same as a 6.75" Pinto rear (less the pinion yoke is slightly forward on the 8"). I posted that link because it has the only info I have handy.
BTW: It would be great to ask these types of questions in that thread so as much info can be in one section, and others will have easier access to it.
