My passenger side door is the worst but my driver's side is starting to get bad as well. The window frame is separating from the door around the front weld joints and causing it (or something else) to vibrate/bounce when I go over bumps. It sounds like the door isn't shut tightly. I'm guessing this is a problem that happens to all pinto doors after time, but I fear it will lead to me having to replace the entire door down the road.

Is there any way I can weld the door back together or is something else to blame for this?
