That's the rims I have on my car.
On the back, I have 235/60-15, and the front has 205/55-15.
Both front and rear use 5/16" spacers, and I installed longer wheel studs for safety (the stock length studs didn't catch many threads when the nut was tightened).

For the front, I did some minor grinding on the upper A-arm at the outermost point for wheel clearance.  I also have to use stick-on balance weights on the inside, and mount them about 3/4" from the wheel lip.

For the rear, tire clearance was at a minimum, and the inside of one of the tires rubbed on the inner fender during cornering.  I did some measuring and found the rear end was about 1/4 inch off-center from the body.  I think this is typical on other cars as well.

To fix this, I cut off the spring perches and remounted them slightly off-center so the rear would be centered in the car.  Now, both right and left tires have the same amount of clearance to the inner fenders, and do not rub.

I just put the ten holes on my 80 wagon as well. I only needed the spacers for the front though, I didn't have any problems with rubbing on the rears.

Hey where did you pick up the long lug studs and what kind of car do they normally go on. I checked about getting some mustang studs cause I thought that they would be longer but they are the same size as my Pinto.

I either got them at Schucks or NAPA.  I just took one of the originals with me and got some that had the same threads and shank size.
Actually, the knurled shank ended up being slightly larger than the original.  I just drilled out the holes a little more so they could be pressed in.
