Here is an interesting little piece offered to me by a mechanic in a local exhaust shop. I'm trying to decide whether I want to keep, scrap it, or pass it along to someone who might have the resources more readily available to finish it. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Let me know.

Let it go to the Pinto wagon grave yard. :'(

I don't know what the other side looks like, but the sheet metal behind the wheel well looks better on the trailer than on the wagon I've got sitting on jackstands. Even thought it's not in pristine condition, I could definitely see it being useful to someone who needs a skin graft below the belt line on the rear quarter panel.
There also be a few other parts of use, specifically the glass, tail lights, rear gate, etc.
Where is this located? I might be interested in buying it.
if i had room, id buy it, for when i go camping! thats soo kool! of course its sad that they sacraficed a pinto wagon, but hey now you can tow that with a sedan and it will look hecka kool!
I am located just South of where Interstate 80 cross the Mississippi in Illinois. I did some preliminary grinding today, and this thing is gonna need a better bodyman than me. Let Me know if you wanna come after it.

P.S.
I am told the back half came from a wrecked running car. The owner wanted to hang on to his Pinto, so they did this. Just lost interest I guess......... ???
How much are you asking for it?
I've got $200 in it. I'd sell it for that.
that'd make a bitchin' luggage trailer for a pinto sedan. just paint it to match the car. it's definately unique!
Krazi
id stretch it, lower it a bit, and turn it into a camper trailer. if that wont work, torch it, and makemores at camping trip. ;D
Is it still for sale? I might be able to pick it up.
I need to find a hitch for the pinto then...
I'd sell the side glass and put crusing wagon panels in :) It'd be P.I.M.P. with my 78 cruiser.
I'm having trouble PM'ing...
Is it still for sale?
I was thinking about doing that for pulling behind my wagon. It would look pretty cool. Did someone buy it???????????
Sorry y'all, but sadly the trailer had to go to Pinto Heaven. My father needed the diff for a project he was working on, and t he neighbors were complaining to the landlord about the mess, so it's gone.

Sounds like we should have a pinto meet in front of his neighbors house!! they should mind their own business.
That really is too bad :'( I can relate to the neighbors being aceholes, most of them are just jealous that they didn't find realy cool things like that Pintrailer themselves! >:( It's to bad it's gone though, I really liked the "for sale" sign welded to the side, it's a real peice of artwork!
