I have an NOS wheel/well lip molding that I believe is for a wagon. Not knowing it was the wrong one, I removed it from the factory packaging to install it on my H/B; it did not fit. I no longer have the part # from the wrapper, and before I sell it I want to make reasonably sure it is what I think it is. I don't think Ford had any other moldings that looked like this on other cars.
I am looking for some detailed views (photos) of one installed on the right rear of a wagon. More of the rear section, as that seems to be where they are the most different.
Yes, I did have a wagon here not that long ago, but I did not think of fitting it, and the quarters were shot anyway.
Thanks,
Bill
I don't have any detailed pictures currently on my computer but I would like first dibs on the molding if it truely is a wagon right rear. If I make it to my mom's house this weekend, I will try and snag a picture of my 79 wagon for you.
"Dibs" has been called, I will honor....
Thats good then, YOU want to be sure of what it is too.
I will be selling it at some point in the near future, but I still would rather trade it for an NOS PRE-79 Right Front (D5FZ-16038-A).
