Does anybody know if this http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=40749 (http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=40749) works on Pinto power steering pulleys or 2.3 vibration dampeners?

That one looks like a puller for the power steering pump pulley.
Not for steering wheel or crank balancer.

Here is the one that you need for Pinto power steering pulleys or 2.3 vibration dampeners.
