I am attepting the demi-popular 2.3 turbo swap. How level does the VAM have to be to work properly? Can I tilt it about 10-15° so that the intake is lower and the outlet is higher or is this a definite no-no?

That's a good question, considering the vane does weigh a bit and might be affected by bouncing, but I've seen it every which way including upside down and don't remember reading any bad comments. I've mounted mine flat as installed from the factory so I'm curious about this too as it might make for a different and better installation.
