Where are the better places to mount a big VAM on a turbo 2.3 swap?

I tried to get a picture but something aint working right with this computer. I made a bracket and mounted it right on the inner fender well but this required cutting a big hole in the front support to stick the air filter through. I've also seen others stuck through the fender well mounted where the front tire sits.

I'll work on a picture again later.
