Post by: Glassman on June 13, 2003, 06:34:42 PM
I ended up rolling it.
Mostly stock 2.3L
Lowered about an 1" front  2" rear
Honda CRX front air dam
Window trim blacked out
5% window tint

I paid $185.00 for it.
99,509 miles.
The pics make it look better than in person.
It starts right up and drives. It looks as if it was sitting for a while.
There was no title. As long as the VIN comes back clean it will be no prob. to get a new title.
Now I have to get rid of the turbo Shadow I was starting. ;D

Heres a grainy pic which shows how well the Honda air dam fits. This is when I had small tires on the car.
I painted the grille black and got windshield wipers from a newer pinto which are black.

What year CRX is the spoiler off of? Looks like it fits rather nice, gotta look better than the POS J.C. Whitney sells...

I think an 84. The real square body.
Ill see if I can come up with a pic of the car.
The fit was almost perfect. I picked it up at a junkyard for $10.00. It had a tear in it. I had to cut about half of it off anyway. The tear happened to be on the cut off half. ;D
This pic shows how well the sides match the curve of the fenders. The grille part almost matches the original grille.

This was after I rolled the car. You can see the cuts I had to make to fit the dam around the bumper supports.

I felt a difference on the freeway and I got a tiny bit better gas milage with it.
Ill probably find another for the 79 I have now.
