I recently bought a low mileage 1979 Pinto automatic 2300 to add to the family. It will just be a driver.
I will desmog it and the goal is to get better mileage and driveability.
One of the things I was considering was an adjustable cam pulley to see if just changing the smogger cam timing would help. Anyone tried this and what gains did you get without changing the stock cam. What is a good source for a 2300 adjustable cam pulley? price?
