Hey Guys,
I have been visiting the site lately and decided to join.  Last summer I bought a 1974 Mercury Bobcat Runabout.  Just as my name suggests it's blue.  It is all original with 25 000 original kilometers.  I had a few questions for you guys.  
1.  On my original bill of sales the color says bright blue.  Was this the same as Ford Competion Blue? It looks close to me.
2.  I'm pretty sure my odometer is in kilometers but please correct me if i'm wrong.
3.  Does anyone know any good websites about Bobcat's?  I want to know everything about my car

Welcome to the board!
I can't help you with question #1, but I would think the odometer is in miles.  What does the speedometer go to, 100?  If that were kph, it would only be about 62.137mph.
Does anybody know when Canada converted over to the metric system?  I think it was in the late '70s/early '80s
Any website that deals with Pintos (like this one) would be good info for Bobcats as well.

My speedometer is definately in kph.  It goes up to 180kph or about 110mph.  I think Canada converted to the metric system in the mid-70's, but I could be wrong, that was a little before my time.
