I am looking at getting some kind of heat shield to put on the firewall of the pinto to help keep the heat out from the turbo being so close. It doesn't matter if the material goes on the inside or in the engine compartment (though I'd rather have it in the engine compartment). Have any of you turbo guy's done this? If so what did you use and how much did it help with the heat off the turbo?
