If so, what size tire can I use?

Got them off a 87 Cougar XR7

Remember, for most plus sizes, you are going to need to go with a wider tire which makes clearances even tighter.

I use the following site to do quick guesstimates of tire diameters:

Just remember, they are GUESSTIMATES, so some trial and error may still be necessary to make sure they don't rub.
Good luck!

I got the site and I am trying to make heads or tails of it.  What am I looking for? I would also like to talk with some of you senior members to get some info.  Can you recommend someone I can call? Really hate typing

FESPERMAN,  Hello there !   From my past and current experiences with Mustang IIs I knew a dude a few years ago who ran 10 Hole Wheels on his 1978 Ghia.  He had 205/60R-15s up front and 215/60R-15s on the rear wheels.  They were BF Goodrich Radial TAs and he said he had no major trouble with any rubbing of tires against the panels.  I hope this helps you out.  If you try to run something bigger (235/60r-15s, etc.) you may have some troubles with your tires rubbing on the inner rear quarter panel lip.

I have a set of 205/75r15 on them now.  I guess I will see how that works tommorow when I pick up my wagon.  Can't wait to start cleaning her up.
