CEnter pieces lift off to reveal track underneath. There are "tits" that stick up out of the car and through two holes in the track. There is a clip that fits onto the "tit" as a collar. You simply lift up the tab and slide the clip forward and off. pretty easy once I looked at it.

I will probably have to use body tape to put it on my car.
