Title: HELP, hot wiring engine control
Post by: wingless01 on June 18, 2007, 10:04:07 PM
I am trying to eliminate all of the b.s. wiring that i dont need to make the engine run.  I only want the basic wires.  I pulled the engine control out and there are three plugs coming out of it.  One has 3 wires and is a smaller rectangle plug, one has 6 wires and has a big square plug, the other has 4 wires also and is a round plug.  This thing is in a 79 2.3 auto pinto sedan.  The code on the box is EOEE-12A651-A1B.  Thanks in advance for any help, it will be greatly appriciated.
