I have a fill tube chassis sandrail with a 2.0 pinto engine in it & I'm getting ready to install a stock Cly head along with a new turbo !!!!!!! My question to anybody that can help is how big of an oil supply line do i need for the turbo & I have an oil pressure gauge in the drivers cockpit in a aluminum dash that is electric. The sending unit is plumed to the intake side of the block above the oil pan rail. Can I also use that port for my oil supply to the turbo & still read oil pressure for the engine???? As far as I can tell that is the only place I can see to pick up any type of oil supply port on the engine for external gauges or oil supply lines!!! Your help will be greatly appreciated with this matter!!!!!! I'm going to be running a Turbonetics t3 t04e stage 2 with around 5 to 7 psi!!!!! DUNEATIC My e-mail is slobrien2006@sbcglobal.net
Ford put the 2.3L turbo oil supply line off the same fitting for the sending unit.

Hello DUNEATIC,
I used size 3 in the AN fitings for my 2.0 turbo.
Use at leasast a 5/8 return line 3/4 is better.

Thanks for the info I also forgot to ask if I can use the stock headgasket also????? Thanks for the help guys!!!!!!!! DUNEATIC
Hello DUNEATIC,
Use a fel-pro gasket.
The Victor gaskets are prefered but are hard for me to find.
If you use the stock organic head gasket yuou need to have the head O-ringed.
