So Experts What does it take to get a Pinto With a 302 into the 12's??Relatively Cheaply(Ha That a Word?)

nitrous! And a steep gear, 4:11. Thats about the cheapest

On a thight budget I'd run a roller 302 from a mustang with a E303 cam, go carbueration for dollar since. Perfromer rpm with a 650 dp holley or 750 vac. sec.. engine swap headers. 4.11 gear with spool and 100 shot of nitrous. Heck even a 150 shot on a good stock 5.0 engine will work with enuf fuel. most 5.0 after a certain year were forged. should get you close. 2500 stall
