i was told that the bumper guards that are on my 71 sedan are not stock.. did they come with bumper guards? im curious

I don't think they had bumper guards in 71. I believe it was an option starting in late 72, ... ?

Yes, thats correct Scott, They were an option in 72 and I believe factory in late 72.

so maybe that means that it was an option in 71 but not a standard..
