For those that got aftermarket door or trunk seals, what type of adhesive did you use?

on my 73 the body shop found the push pins at the auto glass/paint/body supply store here in town and mounted like factory. I do however think that auto krafters (where you "might" have got your gaskets) has the adhesive if you want to go that route.

I use 3m's weatherstripping adhesive.  It works pretty good and gets tacky somewhat quick.

I did not use stock door seals. I went up to the trim shop and bought some stuff that looked like it would work. I used no pins. I used common super glue for placement. It took a while for the seal to mold in place but it worked great, like a refrigerator door. I cleaned the surfaces with degreaser and the superglue is holding like iron and has been on there for five years now.

They were originally adhered with liquid butyl rubber the new polyurethane would probably also work.
