OK I got the Head re-painted with Porche Red and hardner.
I got allt he valves back in and the cam installed and valve lash set to .012 exhaustr and .010 intake. I have the Turbo manifold re-done and turbo cleaned up.
I Fabbed a NEW carb mount for the Turbo so I do not need the bulky mount that i used last year. Cut NEW cross-over pipe connectors.
I have not touched the car yet! I spent 15hrs in the shop yesterday!!!
Mostly fabing and welding the NEW aluminum carb mount.

I was only partially kidding there!   When we were putting these together way back when at work we would assemble the entire cylinder head with all of the parts that bolted to it. ie. intake manifold, exhaust manifold(including turbo-intake-carb)minus compressor pipe & valve cover of course.

Found that it was a huge time saver.  It does take an extra pair of hands/eyes to get it down straight & properly aligned though.
