Hey,
Ok...I have been reading FAQ's here and at Turboford for the past few hours so I don't need any links posted. I just need a quick answer if possible. I have a T-5 from an 88' TC and from what I have been reading it looks like I can use the bell from my 79' sedan 4-speed without any issues. So basically, T5 + pinto bell + 88'TC engine. Is this right or am I reading wrong? Thanks. - Amin
Sorry didn't mean to post this here.

If you have the correct bell for a T-5, you can remove the tranny from the bell when the bell is still bolted to the engine.
IF you have a known PINTO 4 speed (never replaced with a non-Pinto one, like the 79 I had), then I would say no, you do not have the bell you will need.
