I have a 1/4 drag car pinto 1976 which has no front valance underneath the bumper....i have two questions.

1.....where could i find a front valance for the car fiberglass or metal

2....what years would fit this car for the front valance from other year pinto's

AFAIK: The 71 through 73 had them, and not again until 79 and 80. The 'older' and 'newer' ones do not interchange. I would think that the early ones MIGHT fit the 74 to 78 because those cars used the same fenders, BUT with the bigger bumpers and radiatior support might be an issue, and the the 77/78 cars had the funny rubber headlight doors.

i am kinda confused u say that 71-74 have them and then not until 79-80....my car is 76 and it has one except it is missin and i need one......can somebody tell me the years that inter change with each other and if you have a idea were to get one.............thanks

So it doesn't have one.  The later cars (74-76) had the holes for the front roll pan, but they never had them installed since they do not clear the radiator support.
