I have a T-5 and a bellhousing from a 92 Mustang to go into my 2.3 Pinto. The bell is the cable clutch "bellcrank style" with a short fork which pivots on the drivers side of the input shaft. Will the Pinto clutch cable work with that bell or can Mustang pedals with the quadrant be installed?

I have seen where others have used that bell, but I don't know if they used the Pinto cable. If where the cable connects to the bellcrank is like the "D9" fork it might need minor modification to work with the Pinto cable. I never looked that close at the bell crank ones I have.
Fox body pedals will not "bolt in" and might be more trouble that their worth.

Yes,the bellcrank housing works fine with the Pinto clutch cable with no modifications.I have been running mine for two years. As Bill stated, the Fox pedals do not bolt in.
I also used the cable with no mods or problems. Adjustment was fun but thats just trial and error but no the less very easy. The Mustang cable wont mount as far as I could see but not needed any how.
Thanks you guys! Now at least I can concentrate on other things like tranny mounts and driveshaft legnth. I'm re-doing the interior right now and I thought this would be a good time to replace the trans, with all the carpet and seats out of the way. I will have some original front and rear seats available when I'm done. They are a tan color with a darker cloth inlay in the center.

Tranny mount is not to hard and the drive shaft off the Mustang will be all you need.
