This says its for '71-'75  is there a difference between them and the '76-'80 in the window runs?

That looks like the right stuff...

EVERYONE!!!!!
Be sure to keep the metal clip that centers your window because this part is not included in any kits.
AND Not available aftermarket.

Straigt from the horse's mouth...so to speak.

"it has a flexi steel core--and I had no problems it-bends with ease.  You just have to lube the channel slot with some wd40 or silicone -- not to much though.. also wear gloves --the channel is covered in a black rubber like covering and it will come off on your hands if not careful--so wear gloves and have a rag handy to wipe any black off your paint etc... use a rubber hammer to tap the channel in place starting at one end and then bend it around at the corners--works like a champ..."
