I was looking through old pictures the other day and ran across this one. I asked my wife...'wow, do you know what that is?'. She replied...'that's your sweet little wife when she was 16'...I said NO, that's a 1973 Sprint Pinto!!!
This picture was taken at a summer camp she attended in 1973. As soon as I saw it I spotted the Sprint, wow, my wife was into Pinto's back in the day too!! She had no idea.
I thought this was a pretty cool find. This is a Polaroid picture, very yellowed from being 33 years old. I jacked around with a few settings so you could see as best you can the Sprint emblem just below the Runabout logo. Also a little blue on the wheels.
And no, that is not me. :(
Dave
PS. Scott, Tony, a mint Sprint, from the day man, isn't that awesome?
Thanks for the photo Dave.

Hey Dave who is the hippie beside the cute young lady? Could that perhaps be you?
I guess that i should be the last person to kid someone about long hair, because mine is long----long gone.
Take care Dick
Hey Dick, I was wondering if someone would ask that question...no, it's not me. That's my wife at age 16 (now 49), but I wish I had that car! I've got the girl! LOL
