Got the dent and rust work done and primered on what may be the last two warm days off of the year.
And the other side.
Now to get ambitious enough to swap in an 8" rear axle and the 2.3 turbo EFI engine over winter.
look-N-good...
whats the plans on your project?

Hey Doug,
AMAZING what a few hrs work can produce.
Looks good!

A lot more than a few hours. It took a lot of days off since late August to get as far as today's pictures. At this late in the year, I'm not expecting too many more above 60 degree days until Spring thaw.
I'd like to put together sort of a restro-rod sleeper. Add a 8" rear and a 2.3 turbo EFI engine with AOD and LB2. Try to have it look fairly factory from the outside. Except some tongue in cheek things like maybe paint it white with black boy-racer stripes and maybe a Prog Rock worthy airbrushed space scene on those porthole panels.
