Got to drive my Pinto yesterday after the motor, tranny and rearend swap, started this project back in august. I did'nt think it would take this long but little did I know going into this how 2.0 parts are scattered across the country and hard to find. Cookieboy, you were right about the dist., my main source of power loss, got the new rebuilt unit, it had to come from Pittsburge.
All I can say is its good to be back in the lil' pony with a 4 speed instead of that stock auto tranny ;D
Excellent!! I was hoping my advise on the disrtibutor would work out. I know it sure helped me ;D
good to hear all is going well...
