Anybody have any retail experience with these guys, good, bad, or indifferent?
I attempted to place an order with these guys, but susspect that I may be getting brushed off. Possibly because my order was only about $6-7 over minimum. Or maybe because they think that order was a prank because I stated the car that the parts were going on was a '79 Pinto wagon....
OTOH, I made some headway in finally getting those missing XR4Ti parts to make that turbo Pinto.
Still trying to get somebody who knows something to answer the phone at Prestidge Wheels. I feel like I am being blown off.
Is there anybody else who will sell me some inserts and generic 2.75" replacement caps for a set of late '70s ET turbine mags?
Still working on getting those missing Merkur parts. I think that the couple are good honest people, but they're aren't particularly bright, particularly fast, or are around much to answer their phone.
Got those Maverick hubs up to a shop to have those flanges redrilled from a 4.5" circle to a 4.25" circle. Should know if this can be done by sometuime next week.
