Title: will this radiator work for a v8?
Post by: jacderouen1 on October 24, 2006, 04:06:42 PM
i have a rad. out of a 65'  6 cyl.  model mustang. It will phisically fit in the stock pinto location. But will it be enough to cool my mild 302?

Simply put, no.  Go to the FAQ, V8 swap questions and it will give you several options for a radiator. ;D

That's the rad I'm using with my 302, the warmest it's ever been is around 220, if I had to do it again, aluminum would be my first choice.
