Has anyone put 15" wheels on with the factory hubs/rotors? If so could you post a pic and state the brand.

Those are the same rims I have on my Pinto. I had to mount them with some 5/16 spacers and longer wheel studs. With these rims on a disc brake car, you will also need to trim the upper A-arm by the ball joint. This is to prevent the outermost part of the A-arm from pivoting up and contacting the rim when you hit a bump.
Also, you cannot use clamp-on style wheel balance weights on the inside. I use the stick on style mounted about 3/4" from the inside lip. I have 205/55-15 on the front, which is about the biggest you can go without modifying the fender opening.
As for the rear, I also used the spacers and longer studs because my 235/60-15s would rub on the inner fender. I actually ended up pulling the rear end to cut off the spring mounts and relocate them about 1/4" so the rear would be centered under the body.
i too run 10 holes on my car like the brown one above. mine is a 71 model, disc brake car. they simply bolted on and i have stock front discs and an 8" rear with a disc conversion. i have pics if needed.
Mine have no clearance issues up front, maybe the diff control arms on the early cars are a blessing with these wheels.
And I have 235-60-15s up front.

i only have 225's
I'm running 15x7 '86 Mustang Police Special steel wheels with 1/4" spacers. Tire sizes are 205/50-15 fronts, 225/50-15 rears. Do not have any clearance problems. Drove this setup on another Pinto for about a year and a half without any issues.
Ford had 2 different castings for the Mustang wheels. The later ones with the "E" code were bigger on the inside due to the Mustang/T-Bird having a upgrade to the brakes.
I run 16s from a Turbo coupe on my 72 Runabout and 78 wagon. I made 1.5 inch spacers for the rear so they would not contact the springs. The front bolted right on. I run Falken Azenis 205-55-16 tires
