Title: one step closer

My buddy Andy and me yanked the engine and tranny out of the pinto tonite.
She was happy with the parts and didnt wanna let em go. Took a little persuation.  ;)

WOW, look at all that room you have to work in. Plus level concrete floor and real walls. My walls took a beating from the high winds we are having. Im going to have to wire tie them up again. They break before the tarp rips.

I like the engine bay shots. Are you going to detail the bay or throw the engine in and detail it later? I was planning on just trowing the car together and detailling things later. I think for me its best to do the big stuff now.

When the weather clears... I am gonna pull the car out in the driveway for a simple green, brush, and water hose session.
Cut out where the battery tray went for header clearance, and shoot it with some gloss or semi-gloss black.

Glassman, take the time now to paint the engine compartment, i really wish i did before i put everything in.....now i have alot of work to do to get at all the areas that need to be painted!
