I was wondering what can you do to a V6 2.8 to hop it up and what manual transmissions may hook up to it if it is worth even doing.
depends on how much you want to spend and how much work you want to do. Generally, there arent many readily available over the counter go fast parts for the 2.8. I've got a book called "How to build 60 degree ford v-6's" and most of the power adds are from internals. Of course, there's always cams and carbs, etc.
I'm selling a hopped up 2.8 though, might want to check it out ;)
