Do a Big VAM and a LB3 work together?

I think the Big VAM ECUs are:
LA3, LB2 and 8UA.  I have an LA3 in my XR4Ti with big VAM and Thunderbird SC intercooler.

If you run the LB3 and large VAM,you will also need the 35# brown top injectors.

LA2 as well. AND you SHOULD run an I/C when using any ECU that came with an I/C in the car.
