I have a 74 wagon that is a crusin wagon now, I just put a 2.0 engine and a 4 speed manual. Took out the worn out 2.3 with a auto and now I'm switching the rear end to the one with 3.55 gears. The question is my brake drums are to screwed up to get resurfaced. Can I just replace them with the one's off my old rearend? The one's off my 74 rearend are alot beefer than the bad one's on the 71 rearend.
Thanks,
Doug
The drums should interchange. The only difference that I am aware of is that the wagon drums have cooling fins where the sedan / hatch drums do not.
Thanks Tigger, thats the only differnce I could see :peace:
