I have a 76 and the hood prop rod plast is missing.
the clip that holds the rod in the parked posision and the peice that hold the rod in the pivot hole.
any ideas?

try going to a auto parts store maybe they will have one

I believe Pintony has these parts, I know he was handing them out at Carlisle. Something makes me think there is a late model change in the part and that is what he had, but I could be wrong there.

386299S parked clip.
Any Ford Dealer should have them if not they can order them.

Good to know; I found them in one of those 'Help!' kits that you see at auto stores. It had several different ones in there- for various cars i suppose- Don't know what I will do with the left-overs!
