Title: My '80 Pinto Wagon
Post by: www.lovefords.org on January 21, 2004, 07:50:13 PM
Greetings Ford Lovers,

I am happy to tell you about my 1980 Ford Pinto Station Wagon I bought today. It is Dark Chamois with a Caramel cloth and vinyl interior and 4-speed. The only option is has is a luggage rack. It has 32,000 miles and spent its whole life in eastern South Dakota. I bought it from the Rozum Motor Company in Mitchell, who sold it new 23 1/2 years ago. I will be bringing it to my home in upstate New York in the spring.

Just one more reason to LOVEfords!

Best Wishes

Hi,

I am the salesperson that just sold this car to John. I am a Ford dealer and our dealerhsip has been in business since 1917.

I started selling cars in the fall of 1977 and I sold this Pinto brand new myself. What a treat it was to take it back in trade today with only 32000 actual miles on it. It still drives like new. I am so glad thet John Rotela bought this car as I know he will take care of it and treasure it for the classic that it really is.

By the way, my very first car was a 1974 Pinto Runabout and I do really love Pintos!
