Title: What's up with "Pintony"?
Post by: dholvrsn on August 19, 2006, 09:40:38 PM
I ordered and paid $240 for all the parts to convert a wagon into a Crusing Wagon and still haven't received them over six weeks later.

I thought that I paid for them on July 8th but Paypal says that it was on July 4th which falls outside of their 45 day dispute window.

I just feel really torqued off over this.

Which makes me wonder why he's acting so out of reputation with me? And why I was the one singled out for this?

Since I found most of the parts elsewhere, I'd be happy with a refund.

Well I'm thinking that if Pintony is having a problem with his government then that government might be an appropriate place for the 2007 Pinto get-together.

Okay, it's over three months and still no panels and hardware. The 45 day dispute window in Paypal is long gone. Is there anything else that I can do procedurally or legally to get some action, satisfaction, or at least a refund?

Never met or spoke to the man myself but I will say he put more enthusiasm then most when it came to friendliness, honesty and doing anything to benefit the Pinto comunity. I'm sure he never screwed anyone on parts intentionally and something major or drastic has happen. My $.02

Hello dholvrsn,
Just posting here hoping you can post that all is well with this deal.
This was kind of an un-ended post.
