I did the FMIC a few weeks ago, but finally got to do the comp. swap from the PC1 to the LA2 and get the VAM swapped too. The location of my computer did not make working on re-pinning as easy as it could be, but not too bad.
This car is SOOOOO much better.
The 86 T/C harness is MUCH easier to work with for swaps (XR4TI is even better) than the 87, but the computers are inferier.
I would post a few pics, but the only thing I could show is the big stupid grin.

Bill, I have an EEC tuner from Shiftmaster I will let go for cheep if you are interested.
I also want to install my LA3 but need instruction and pin swapping. Can you help please???
I would tell you what to do, but I have no idea what harness you have. What VAM and injectors are you running? That is important too.
