I finally found my OLD old Esslinger catalog. It is so old it has 2.0 roller cams in it..... ;D :o . So, if anyone has an old Esslinger cam and wants the spec's. just let me know...
How about a E6677?? At least I was told it was a Big E cam. It was bought in the late 1990's. Thanks in advance!!
I did look at my catalog but did not see that number, is there any other ID on the cam?
I will take a look at it and post back, thanks, Jim.
Hey Brad
I have a recent Esslinger catalog, #305 that has rollers for 2000s. I dont see any
part # that go more than 3288 in the price sheet, all cam # are much lower. maybe
fast34 can come up with a different # to cross reference & find out what he has.
good luck Dick

For what it's worth, I purchased a circle track roller setup for my two liter a couple years ago from Esslinger.
As my engine was being assembled, the guys at the machine shop told me that Esslinger gets their cams from Crower.
They had to send mine back and have it reworked. The reason I was told was that the application wasn't made for street use and that I would be changing cam bearings more often than I would wish. This package came with straps that are welded to the top of the towers.
The folks at Esslinger told me then that they were not going to stock much for two liters anymore. If one were to contact Crower, they may still have some billets that could be used.
