I was just looking at Pintos on e-bay. There is a beige 1972 sedan.

It has a folding back seat. The seller mentions he has the original invoice and it was a factory option. I never knew. How rare is this?

I have only seen 1 in person.
A few on ebay...
I would say very rare as a Factory option.
I installed the fold down seat this year in the P.P.
I would have to say one of the best things I have done to my Pinto.

my 71 came with a fold down. but im not sure if its rare... cause every sedan ive seen here in california all of them had fold downs..
