Title: A faster Pinto

So, if someone doesn't want to take the plunge and attempt an V8 conversion, what are some other ways to make your Pinto faster?

hmm, let's see, give it a general tune up to start with. I've got the v6 in mine. I removed the muffler, put on a free flowing aircleaner, removed the non working ac, and shaved a few pounds elsewhere. other things you could do if you have a 2.3, stroker crank, chevy rods, keith black pistons, wild cam, bigger carburetor, header, and maybe a turbo. most of this stuff is available through speedway motors out of lincoln nebraska. it would be under ministock or ponystock.
hope this helps
