hey gang, I have a question. I was able to purchase a very unusual umbrella today for a pretty cheap price. It looks like a Tiffany lamp shade and is clear. It is clear like something that would have came out of the 70's. I was just wondering if anybody knew what these were and how people got them. I am thinking dealer give-a way but would like to know more. The guy I got it from bought it cheap at a swap meet as a joke for his wife and let me have it for the same price.
Any ideas?
No idea where it came from, but I do know that I want one!
it is a very unusual piece and I guess pretty rare since no one else seems to know anything about them. I guess i was pretty lucky to have the guy sell it to me for only (now hold your breath) 10.oo. the catch is that if i ever sell my wagon, he gets it back for the same price. Not a chance with that. Even if the wagon goes, I will get another car.
But somebody must know something about these umbrellas. Any little bit of info would help
