Is the whole door different or is it just the window frame and window?

Either way, it looks like like I'm going to dust off a lot of rusty wire welding skills to get a decent door.

The sedan/hatchback and wagon doors are exactly the same except for the door glass frame. The sedan/hatchback glass frame tapers to the rear while the wagon glass frame goes close to straight back. In the Ford parts books, the replacement door skins, as well as other door components, are listed as fitting all models. The door weatherstrips are also listed as fitting all models so, if the wagon doors were longer, they would have to be different or they would be stretched more than they already are. With care, the glass frames can be changed.
