HAVE A 2.3 WITH A HEDMAN HEADER, IT LEAKS AROUND #2 PORT. hAVE USED STRAIGHT EDGE TO CHECK , THE HEAD IS OK, THE HEADER FLANGE APPEARS TO BE OK, TORQUE BOLTS DOWN WITH NEW GASKET STILL LEAKS--ANY IDEA'S

try doubling up your header gasket with another one...worked for me!

doubled up on the header gaskets--no more leak..
