Title: 4 spd. manual tranny fluid -- which is best?

What fluid is the best to put in a 4 spd. manual tranny, esp. one with 180,000 miles on it?

Lucas oil or Royal Purple are the best that Ive found.  We had a bearing spin in the bottom end of the ministock and the bearing was sticking outside of the side of the rod and you could still turn the motor over by hand on the crank pulley.  I really recommend it after seeing this happen to a motor and it still turn over easily by hand.  It had lucas oil in it.
