Title: Pinto Sighting - Belfair WA
Post by: sagesunrise on May 05, 2006, 07:56:52 PM
Topped off the tank this evening at the Belfair Chevron and over to my right there sat an unoccupied white 78-80 Pinto. I pulled up to her and gave her a few 'once-overs'. Went in the store to see if I could locate the owner, to no avail. So I left a note under the wiper blade asking the owner to come check out this site. Wish I could have met them. I did hang out for a while but no one showed up to claim the car.

So nice to see pintos!

Hey sage,  Have you been to Belfair Auto Wrecking?? They have a few newer Pintos in there that are being parted.  A friend of mine lives in Bremerton, in the Navy, and he has gotten me some parts off them.  I think he said there is a starsky and hutch striped one there too. I don't know if there is any older one's there though.

I have been to Belfair Auto Wrecking in the past, but not lately. I actually know the owner of the yard, Paris. He plays/played (singer) in a band called The Assassinators. Thanks for the tip.
