Title: More legroom
Post by: Late Models Best on April 17, 2006, 07:19:32 PM
I would like to have a little more legroom in my 79 Bobcat with highback seats. My other Pintos have the lowback seats and they seem to go back farther than the highback seats.  Are there other threaded holes in the seat bases to move the track back more or do I have to make extension plates?

the tracks on my 75 have sorta legs that go down to the floor, no room for moving it on the track its self, you might could just drill new holes on the little raised and reinforced part in the floor, from what i remember on mine theres and inch or two to move back there. the tracks have studs that go through the floor with an nut on the bottom so only a hole is needed in the floor
