Well, the show was a great success. I counted 18 Pintos. Thats more than any show I have ever been at.Below are the pictures I took in some order of events. If I missed your car, I'm sorry . I got to the Carrows restaurant at about 8:15 am and this was the scene I saw in the parking lot.
More of the parking lot.
Still more.........................
And inside the restaurant was a motley bunch.
Finley, after they were all good and full the procession was led into the show at about 9:30ish am.
And they kept coming.....................
Still more.........................
18 Pintos in all..Nice line up.................... ;D
Some of the V8 cars that were at the show............NICE..............
Other V8s were a work in progress and pretty much full race.
Great box stock cars too.
A Green Boss............... ( Nice )
Nice Wagon
The Shiny award goes to this all aluminum AC Cobra. Nice polish job....
A few more cool cars

Brad,
Thanks for all the good photo's, same to vonkysmeed. I am right there with you Brad, haven't seen 18 Pinto's together since I was on a car lot in the '70's. Hope we can double that number in Carlisle!
Dave
Hi Brad and all,
I'll add some photos I took at the show and I want to make one minor correction. There ended up being NINETEEN Pintos in all that showed up this year!! That's seven more than we had last year! We should have even more next year because there were at least another couple of cars that weren't there due to scheduling conflicts. Fortunately, the weather held up for the day and a great time was had by all! There was definitely a lot of "Pinto talk" going on! It was nice to see some familiar faces that I hadn't seen since last year! The first photo I'm posting was taken later in the day when the foot traffic had died down and the "nineteenth" pinto is in the foreground.
OOOOPS!!!! Forgot to attach the photo before I hit POST!! What is nice about this shot is that there is Pintos for as far as the eye can see!!!!
This second shot is of a nice sedan and Pintony's car. In the background, from left to right is Brad (turbopinto72), Pintony hisself!, and Pintony's son, Ben. It was great to have the opportunity to meet Pintony and Ben face-to-face. Great people!! I hope Pintony takes the time to tell you all about his trip, once he gets back. He definitely has some funny experiences to tell!
The third shot is proof that Pintony did indeed attend the Knott's Fabulous Fords Forever car show!
The fourth shot is of my latest acquisition, a 1980 Cruising Wagon, with Alberto (pintopower) to the right of the car and his '79 wagon to the left.
After the show, I had a barbecue for some of the people that attended. There was plenty of "Pinto talk" as we enjoyed each others company, barbecued burgers and dogs, baked beans, potato salad, and home-made (by my wife, Ana) flan for dessert. everyone seemed to get their fill! I brought out some of my Pinto goodies for everyone to take a look at and a few of us went out to my rather overly stuffed and messy garage to see my panel. This photo is of the Pintos parked out in front of my house getting ready to leave after the barbecue. I think Pintony looks like he could use a good nights sleep. Whadda ya think?!? :)
I think He's up for a nice road trip ( back home) ;D ;D ;D :fastcar:

I'm impressed!!!!!! I envy you guys that shared in that entrance...you played it really cool. The cars look wonderfull and a sight for sore eyes. I can only quote Skratch "WOW!!! lOOK AT ALL THE PINTOS". Thank you to all you guys that represented us here at FordPinto.com. What an outstanding group of Pinto enthusiasts with some really nice Pinto's. Brad- thanks for the great pics. As our CA Governator once said; " I'll be back"!! Joe & Fran from No. Cal. ( San Jose area).
